"Beijing and Hong Kong students Care towards Olympics" hold variety show

By the Education and Manpower Bureau (EMB) to host the "Beijing and Hong Kong students Care Towards Olympics" today (May 2) attracted nearly 1,200 primary and secondary school teachers and students to watch the scene.
The variety show is the Education and Manpower Bureau to tie in with the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and for all schools to organize the "carry forward the Olympic spirit of Beijing and Hong Kong Care - character education plan for 2006-2008 and national conditions," the first re-programming.
The plan seeks to enable the students concerned through the Olympic Games, the Olympic awareness, training unyielding tenacity, aggressive, the spirit of arduous struggle at the same time, also by Beijing's successful Olympic bid to enhance students from the development of concern, so as to enhance the National sense of belonging.
The show invited the Central University of Nationalities at Mission Dance Troupe and the Zhengzhou Normal College Choir to perform in Hong Kong, the Chinese minority students to deepen the unique cultural and performing arts awareness.
The show at the Hong Kong Baptist University, University Hall, the officiating guests included the Permanent Secretary for Education and Manpower, Mr. Wong, the Education and Manpower Bureau Principal Assistant Secretary-General Dr. Chen Jiaqi, the Central People's Government Liaison Office Deputy Secretary-General, Wang Zhimin, minister of youth work, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission International Secretary WANG QuanLi, vice president of the Central University for Nationalities Mr. YanYuming, and the Zhengzhou Normal College vice president Zhang Jian, an associate professor flights.
